PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
This tester is in accordance with the standards of GB 10006-88 and ISO 8295-1986. It is used to measure the dynamic and static friction coefficients of non-sticky plastic films and sheets with a thickness of less than 0.2 mm when sliding on themselves or on the surface of other materials. It can also be used for products such as paper, textiles, rubber, aluminum foil, printed materials and screen protective films. The smoothness of the tested product can be judged by the measured value of the friction coefficient.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
Controlled by the touch screen, the touch screen outputs the signal to the stepper motor driver, and the stepper motor runs according to the set program. The operation of the stepper motor drives the control force value test module to perform uniform linear motion.
Before the test, pull up the straight handle, pass the sample through the bottom of the handle, put down the handle, and then fix the sample on the weight module. During the test, the force value test module performs uniform linear motion, and the friction coefficient is calculated by the force value test system. The measured value is printed out by the built-in printer.
